Most important house rules:

1. Never allow unauthorized persons entrance to the building;

2. Do not dispose of oils or fat through the drains;

3. Do not put any garbage in the common spaces;

4. Do not suspend blankets or laundry out of windows, visibly for all on the balconies or balustrades;;

5. Do not put bikes, mopeds, carts, walkers or scootmobiles in the common spaces;

6. Do not dispose of unwanted printing by putting it on top of the mailboxes;

7. Smoking is prohibited in all common spaces, including the elevators and staircases;

8. Be so kind to inform the other inhabitants in advance in case of possibly nuisance-causing activities (parties, do-it-yourself, rebuilding activities, moving house);

9. Do not throw food leftovers or any other garbage from the balcony or ballustrades

10. Abstain from any noisy do-it-yourself / rebuilding activities like hammering or drilling between 20:00 and 08:00 hours daily and/or on Sundays and official holidays.
