BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR

Since 2012 the administration for our homeowners’ association is being carried out by VP&A Vastgoedmanagement B.V. The maintenance of common areas is maintained by VP&A as well.

VP&A uses the owners’ platform Twinq. Homeowners receive login details for this platform from VP&A. In Twinq, every homeowner can for example find details on building maintenance and financial specifications, and make reparation requests.
