MAINTENANCE

We do not have an official caretaker / handyman employed for our building. Minor chores are being carried out by clever fellow habitants.

Maintenance planning of the building is laid down in the MJOP (Meer-Jaren-Onderhouds-Plan) or the multi-year maintenance plan. Every element of the building is undergoing maintenance at a specific time interval. This involves maintenance costs. These presumable costs are part of the MJOP. This way, the VvE knows what to save up for.

In 2022, the floors of the apartment level corridors will get a new coating. For homeowners, the complete MJOP can be found through the link below.
